Mark your calendars guys! The 2018 Brookhaven Cherry Blossom Festival is coming to Atlanta on March 24 & 25! The weather is warming up, days are getting longer, the flowers are blooming and it’s time to celebrate the beginning of spring!
The 2018 Brookhaven Cherry Blossom Festival is the first major event of the year for the metropolitan Atlanta festival season. It’s a 2 day, FREE event that guarantees fun for the whole family…pets included!
I’ll be attending the Brookhaven Cherry Blossom Festival for the first time next week and what a great time to go as this year promises to be bigger than ever! Highlights of the event include:
-All-star music lineup, featuring concert headliner and country music star Craig Morgan. Other acts include Keith Anderson, Five For Fighting, Transviolet and Hannah Wicklund & The Steppin Stones.
– New artist market featuring 100+ booths along the picturesque street that runs through Blackburn Park.
– Car show featuring classic automobiles – perfect for car enthusiasts
-Brookhaven Cherry Blossom Festival 5K Run/1K Walk on Sunday, March 25 – it’s a good workout for a good cause. The 5K is both a Peachtree Road Race qualifier and a fundraiser for Children’s Healthcare of Atlanta.
-Pet Parade features adorable pups donning costumes
– Kidz Zone area for the little ones
– and more food and fun for all!
