Full disclosure: I’m just getting around to updating this section after an entire 8 years and MY how some things have changed. I’ve decided to leave up my past descriptions as a point of reference…
2016 – First, there’s “T” aka “Hubby”. We met back in college, dated for 6 years , and married for almost 12 years. He’s a Chiropractor and lets me share my chronicles of being a “chiro-wife.” You’ll have the opportunity to hear about him in small doses because as much as he loves and supports everything I do, he does not like to be blogged about. He’s not into Facebook, Twitter, or any other social media! What can I say-opposites attract!
2024- Nothing’s changed. Still “off-the-grid” and we’re hitting 19 years of marriage.
2016 – Next there’s Leila, aka “baby #1”. She’s my amazing 7 year old who I can never stop talking or writing about. Why? She is pure comedy! One day, we’ll have plans to take that show on the road. On top of being just one of the sweetest, funniest, smartest and kind hearted kids in the world, she can easily compete for the title of #1 big sister!
2024 – She’s 15 – total teenager! Still sweet, funny, smart and kind-hearted…but baby #2 is no longer getting smothered with hugs from her.
2016 – Last but certainly not least, there’s Samara. She was introduced on this blog as “baby #2” because we had the hardest time deciding on a name. While her days once consisted only of eating, sleeping, melting our hearts with her big eyes, and getting smothered by her big sister’s hugs…she’s 5 years old now. Enough said. She is my bold, clever, and rousing little angel. She is coming into her own now, ready for the world and will not let anything get in her way!
2024 – She’s still melting my heart, even at 12 years old. Bold, clever, smart, ambitious and kind. And now she get’s to be the best big sister too…
2024 – Enter Baby “TJ.” At 42 years old, exactly 10 years after Samara was born, my family welcomed a beautiful baby boy! He’s now almost 2 years old, doing all of the toddler things, and hubby and I have completely reset the clock! He gets to be the latest set of tiny feet I get to share my adventures with on the blog and does not hold back on the adventure part!
