I’ve been gradually trying to get my girls involved in various after school activities, so we recently started taking piano lessons. It seemed like a great idea at first, but (especially Samara) was really reluctant to participate. She’s usually not the kid who gives in to bribes, but just for kicks, I whispered in her ear, “If you do what the teacher tells you to, I’ll take you out for a treat.” Her eyes immediately light up as she looks up at me and shouts, “Dunkin’ Donuts?”
I nodded my head and it was smooth sailing for the rest of the lesson. True story.
The girls and I go to Dunkin’ Donuts pretty often when we’re out and about. I seriously love their 24/7 breakfast menu (shout-out to their bacon, egg, and cheese wake-up wrap!) Not to mention the coffee that helps maintain my sanity! Their donut options are always the special treat I offer the girls when we’ve had a really good day and they’ve given in to my bribes. *smile*
Dunkin’ Donuts Introduces Blueberry Cobbler Croissant Donut & Caramel Latte Square
On our last trip, I discovered a couple of new treats for me this time. Dunkin’ Donuts has recently introduced 2 new flavors for this month – Caramel Latte Square and Blueberry Cobbler Croissant Donut! They’re available at restaurants nationwide, but only for a limited time.
The Caramel Latte Square is just my speed. It’s a square shell filled with coffee buttercreme (made with Dunkin’ Coffee), frosted with caramel icing, then topped with a white icing drizzle and Dark Chocolate Caramel Cups. I love the bold, but not overwhelming taste from the coffee buttercreme – it’s a coffee break in every bite! In case you’re wondering, I refused to share this one with the kids!
Blueberry Cobbler Croissant Donut
If you love that fruit-forward flavor of blueberry cobbler, you’ll love the Blueberry Cobbler Croissant Donut. It’s a Dunkin’ Donuts classic glazed croissant donut with blueberry filling (made with real blueberries); finished with white icing drizzle and topped with streusel topping. I had Beyonce singing “I don’t think you’re ready for this jelly…” playing in my head the whole time.
Again, it’s only available for a limited time at Dunkin Donut’s restaurants nationwide, so definitely head over there and try it out for yourself! If you love them, let them know. Fact: the first Croissant Donut at Dunkin’ Donuts was also first introduced as a limited-time only menu item, and went on to became one of the most popular limited-time bakery items. So, you never know!

Dunkin’ Donuts is the best, I have one in town and i’m glad that we do because everything in there is so good and amazing.

I just bought the blueberry cronut today! My husband had been telling me about it so we had to make a trip to Dunkin so I could try it for myself. Looking forward to enjoying it with a nice cup of tea!
