**Ever wondered what Moe’s stands for? Read on to find out!**
This post is sponsored by Moe’s Southwest Grill; however, all thoughts and opinions expressed are my own.

Well, believe it or not, today was the first day of school for some kids in Atlanta! (I know, right?). Nonetheless, we kept up with our tradition of a back to school celebration meal. This year, I treated my girls to a delicious meal at Moe’s Southwestern Grill. Although Moe’s used to be my go-to lunch spot when I worked outside of the home, it was the first time my kids would get to that creamy queso goodness and tasty Tex-Mex delight that only Moe’s could deliver.

Welcome to Moe’s!
That’s one of those greetings you never forget anytime you get to visit to Moe’s Southwestern Grill. Even though they are all locally owned and operated, there’s always a constant theme and comfort that comes with every experience at Moe’s.
For starters, you can guarantee that you’ll get a great selection of fresh and flavorful ingredients to choose from. Those 20+ ingredients make it easy and fun to customize any meal. My palate truly enjoys that hearty mix of rice, beans, and tender meats; coupled with the saucy and creamy treat from fresh salsas, sour cream and guacamole. My kids, on the other hand, are a little less adventurous than I am and opted for the cheese quesadilla kids meal that comes with a cookie and drink, while they also proceeded to devour my freshly-made chips and salsa. Good thing each meal comes with a free unlimited supply of chips that are flash fried daily!
As you all know, I pay special attention to what I feed myself and my family and one of the reasons I choose Moe’s is the fact they are constantly making deliberate changes to make sure they are serving quality meals. They steer clear of GMO’s, customize their diets, pay added attention to how their food is prepared, and refuse to cut corners. DAILY. All of the salsas and guacamole are prepared from scratch and proteins are grilled consistently so that they’re always hot, ready and fresh for you. They’ve managed to restore my belief that a quality and delicious meal out doesn’t have to break the bank.
The most unforgettable part of our meal…
Yes, we got to fill our tummies with tasty and fresh meal. However, today’s meal was particularly special because it gave us a chance to simply unwind from hectic first day of school. The kids shared with me all of the deets from their day – from new friends to recess stories – and we talked about what we most looked forward to for the rest of the year. We created stories and played games with some of the unique artwork we found in the store as we tried to guess which ingredients were in this picture below and had a blast discovering them all (or most of them).
And finally…What does Moe’s stand for?
I got to share with them one of the most interesting tidbits I’d learned about Moe’s Southwestern Grill. Moe’s is actually an acronym that it stands for Musicians, Outlaws and Entertainers! Yes, there’s room here for everyone – including my two…
