Last week, I had the opportunity to check out the unveiling of the latest smart home technologies at the Atwater community in Sandy Springs. Homeowners in every new Pulte, Centex, Del Webb, DiVosta and John Wieland Homes and Neighborhoods will now have the luxury and ease of adding smart technologies that best fit their lifestyle at any point–without the cost, disruption, or hassle that comes with retrofitting the home after it’s built.
