Last week, I was given the opportunity to host a really fun House Party by Chatterbox. I’ve done a few of these in the past, only this time, I got to invite a few friends over to do what we love most…drink wine! haha. I’ll admit, I’d never actually noticed or tried Rosatello wine before this opportunity, but it’s definitely one worth looking out for. Rosatello wines come in 4 varieties: Rosso Red, Moscato, Rosé and Sparkling Rosé wines. I sampled the Rose and Moscato for my party and ended up going back for more to accommodate some friends of mine who missed it. Rosatello Wine sent me a gift pack with some super cute coasters, glasses, and a gift card to buy the wine. So here’s my Ideal, Ordeal, Real Deal Review:
The Ideal:
- Very refreshing and crisp wine. Several of my friends remarked how they are usually not fans of the sweeter wines, but they ended up really enjoying the Rose. My party was in the evening, but it would’ve been a perfect fit for a warm Saturday afternoon on the patio.
- It was also pretty convenient to find and affordable. They’re sold in several locations, including your local Kroger store. I bought mine at Kroger for around $11 a bottle. Click here for a full list of retail locations
- They’re cocktail friendly. I love to get creative sometimes with my drinks and these wines also work well with some fancier cocktails. I still have some Moscato left, so I’m definitely planning on trying this Peach Mojito recipe.
The Ordeal:
While it’s easy to find at least one or two of the varieties, I had a hard time finding all 4. I thought it was just me until I noticed some of the other House Party participants had the same issue.
The Real Deal:
Spring is here and there’s nothing like a refreshing glass of wine to liven up an afternoon with the girls. Rosatello wine is definitely a great choice for a spring or summertime treat. It’s not too strong a drink at all, but it can be a perfect addition to a delicious cocktail if you’re looking for a little more bite. House party orchestrated this one, but next time you’re ready to enjoy a glass of Rosatello wine, it’s simple: Call up some friends, grab some snacks, insert jokes and laughter, and party on!
I love the wine with food!
