Ingredients:

  • 1.5 cm of peeled and sliced ginger root
  • 5 cloves
  • 3 cinnamon sticks
  • 1 teaspoon of coriander seeds
  • 1 teaspoon of honey
  • Juice from half a lemon
  • 225 ml water

Instructions

Directions:

  1. Place all of the ingredients into a saucepan and bring to the boil.
  2. Simmer for 15 minutes.
  3. Pour the mixture through a strainer.
  4. Drink the liquid hot and whenever required.
