The other day was a pretty semi-sweet day for my daughter. I picked them up from school a few minutes early to head to the dentist. Leila was finally getting her braces. She was pretty excited, as she’d already been pretty pumped up by her friends who knew she was getting braces. The reality set in just moments after they placed the last wire ross her tooth. That’s when they told her a few things that were far less exciting for her, like the fact that they’d hurt her for while as her teeth adjust to them. And when they broke down all of the things she could and couldn’t eat, my poor baby cried real tears!
It was clear she was in need of a pick me up and a fun afternoon at Chuck E. Cheese’s usually does the trick. Plus, we’re already in the 3rd week of school and still not ready for all of the summer fun to come to an end just yet either, so a fun afternoon of play would be the perfect end of summer treat!
If you haven’t heard, Chuck E. Cheese’s is rolling out All You Can Play! It’s a new system offering endless games for kids that takes the place of the coin system we all know and probably hated. I can’t tell you how many times during the course of those visits, my kids would come up to me complaining about running out of tokens and needing to buy more and more.
No more running out of tokens. No more of one running out before the other, no more constantly running back and forth to the counter to purchase more. With All You Can Play, you just purchase the amount of play time you’ll need (in other words, just how long you’re wanting to stay at Chuck E. Cheese’s for the day. You also get the option to pause the time on our card when it’s time to eat or for bathroom breaks, so it won’t cut into their overall play time.
Best of all, the cost for All You Can Play starts at only $10 for 30 minutes! Can you just imagine how much play time we were able to fit in? Talk about summer fun that won’t break the bank! Here’s how it works:
- Visit your local Chuck E Cheese’s. All you can play is available every day, but If you’re looking for fun things to do with your kids and family to shake things up in the middle of the week, look no further than Chuck E. Cheese’s!
- Look for the All You Can Play sign and kiosk.
- Choose an amount of time to play. What’s great about All You Can Play is that if you need a break for a meal or otherwise, you can pause your time up to two times at the kiosk.
- When your time is up, you’re done. It’s that easy and parents get to be the hero by giving kids free reign of Chuck E. Cheese’s to play all games as many times as they want.
