As I shared earlier, last month, I had the chance to attend my first ShiftCon, which is an eco-wellness influencer conference focused on food, wellness, health, sustainability and platform growth. The conference itself was amazing, with some of the most inspiring speakers, delicious non-gmo meals, and best of all, a wealth of natural and organic brands that were more than willing to share their knowledge (and some great samples) with all of us.

While I’m on the subject of natural and organic brands and businesses, I do want to just throw in one more special mention of my mother-in-law’s Bed and Breakfast that serves all organic (and delicious) meals and comes equipped with all natural, hypoallergenic bath products. I’m not just saying it’s an amazing experience because she’s my MIL…you can read the reviews for yourself! So if you’re ever in the Lynchburg, VA area and looking for a place to stay, be sure to visit the House of Lydia Bed and Breakfast. Just tell her you were referred by her favorite daughter-in-law. 🙂
