When the kids are home for summer break, sure it can be a lot of fun, but making sure you are prepared is essential. Even if you have the most awesome plans and activities to keep the kids occupied, learning and having fun, there are always a few more details you simply can’t overlook.
My kids have been out since the end of May (Thanks, Georgia) and I have to admit that although I wasn’t entirely prepared at first, I very quickly learned – details matter! I took a trip to my happy place – you guys call it Costco – and stocked up on some of the essentials I needed to make sure my family was prepared for summer break.
