When the kids are home for summer break, sure it can be a lot of fun, but making sure you are prepared is essential. Even if you have the most awesome plans and activities to keep the kids occupied, learning and having fun, there are always a few more details you simply can’t overlook.
My kids have been out since the end of May (Thanks, Georgia) and I have to admit that although I wasn’t entirely prepared at first, I very quickly learned – details matter! I took a trip to my happy place – you guys call it Costco – and stocked up on some of the essentials I needed to make sure my family was prepared for summer break. P&G Household Needs Products have come to my rescue once again!
One of the first things I was not prepared for was the fact that my otherwise bird-like eaters become vultures in the summer and eat me out of house and home! My pantry was almost cleared out after a week and a half and no, I’m not exaggerating.
With each and every meal, I’d rack up a ton of dishes every single day. Let’s just say that my dishwasher has gotten more of a workout than it ever has this summer alone. Needless to say, Cascade Complete Action Pacs are one of the essentials I do not want to be caught without this summer!
And the crafts…we LOVE doing crafts during the summer and I’ve had them work on some really fun ones. Take our science and STEM learning projects for example. Sure, we’ve made volcanoes and disappearing marbles and all sorts of cool stuff, but we’ve also made quite a few messes in the process for sure. That’s where my super absorbent Bounty Advanced Paper Towels come to my rescue with each spill.
Finally, my little princesses have easily gone through almost every outfit in their closets and nothing seems to be immune to food, grass, or juice stains. My washing machine stays just as busy as my dishwasher nowadays and Tide Pods are my new best friends!
Again, details matter!
Besides these items, I count on Charmin Ultra Soft Toilet Paper, Mr. Clean Magic Eraser, Febreze Air Effects, and so many more products for the unexpected (and expected) experiences that come with summer break. It’s the little details in the P&G Household Needs products from Costco that help make them different from other products and help make my daily life easier.
Again, you can stock up on all of these items at your nearest Costco. For more on how P&G Household Needs products are getting my family through summer break, check out the video below.
