    That’s an awesome chart! Thanks for sharing, it’s important to eat healthy especially when you have kids, it helps to be a good example so they’ll eat healthy as well.

    It’s funny you should share this graphic because my mom and I were just talking about how I’m super deficient in Vitamin D. We were discussing on how to add more to my diet so this helps a lot 🙂 Thank you for sharing!
