This article will teach you some of the easiest daily activities you can use to raise your vibration. But let’s start with the basics.
What does vibration mean?
According to a BBC report, 70% of the universe is made up of energy. That’s everything you can be able to see such as plants, buildings, animals and most importantly, human beings. Yes, people are especially made up energy. I tell people pretty often about how I’m a big energy person and to a certain extent, we all have the ability to sense each other’s physical energy or spiritual energy by the vibrations they send off in the world.
The different energy types have frequent frequencies- high or low. The frequency you have is a result of the vibration of your energy. If you want to raise your vibration you will be in tandem seeking to attract good energy. I set out to research how one can raise their vibration and both put out and receive positive energy. These daily seven activities are a good place to start.
