How to raise your vibration: 7 daily activities to attract good energy

06/22/18 | Green Living & Holistic Health, Tips for Moms

Do you ever feel like you are running low on mental or emotional energy?  Are you being pulled down constantly from physical fatigue? Or it could be a mental fog that just doesn’t seem to go away? If you answered yes to any of these questions, then you may have low energy vibrations. So the question is: How to raise your vibration?

how to raise your vibration

Chances are you have tried an array of things to lift your mood, including medication, stimulants and even for some –  comfort food. Well, no need to delve into another tub of chocolate chip ice-cream. It won’t give you the kind of good energy you are seeking. This article will teach you some of the easiest daily activities you can use to raise your vibration. But let’s start with the basics.

What does vibration mean?

According to a BBC report, 70% of the universe is made up of energy.   That’s everything you can be able to see such as plants, buildings, animals and most importantly, human beings. Yes, people are especially made up energy.  I tell people pretty often about how I’m a big energy person and to a certain extent, we all have the ability to sense each other’s physical energy or spiritual energy by the vibrations they send off in the world.

The different energy types have frequent frequencies- high or low.  The frequency you have is a result of the vibration of your energy. If you want to raise your vibration you will be in tandem seeking to attract good energy.   I set out to research how one can raise their vibration and both put out and receive positive energy. These daily seven activities are a good place to start.

How To Raise Your Vibration: 7 Daily Activities

  1. Meditation

Let’s face it, the world is full of pressures from work and even our social lives. If you’re many things like me, you have to attest to the fact that sometimes you feel the pressures weighing you down. This could explain why anxiety and depression are a common feature in the contemporary world. It could also explain why you feel drained of emotional and mental energy. But daily meditation can ease of your worries, calm you and in the end give you positive vibrations. Meditation has been scientifically-proven to have calming effects that heal anxiety.

  1. Music

Have you ever noticed that your energies often resonate with the kind of music you are listening to? Instead of picking sad tunes, opt for fast tempo songs with uplifting messages to attract good energy.

  1. Exercise

Having low physical vibrations is not cool. If you’re looking for high physical energy, you should seriously consider physical exercise. Get moving on a daily basis in whatever pleases you be it dancing, hiking, aerobics or Pilates. Or you could raise your vibrations a notch higher through yoga which blends exercise with meditation.

visit nature to raise your vibration

  1. Visit nature

When it comes to attracting good energy, Mother Nature knows best. Why? According to a PubMed study, workplaces should be infused with nature to alleviate stress. Try this natural mood elevator by exercising at the park or listening to music under a tree.

  1. Sleep

Do you know why you normally get a good feeling when you go to bed? Sleep. Sleeping gives you time to rejuvenate low energies hence raising your vibrations.

  1. Read inspirational books or watch inspirational movies

Can we agree that we live in a negative world that can drain you daily? Take the news, for example. It is full of horrific stories about our planet, the government, local crime and so on.  Like music, there comes a point where you have to detox from some of the negativity.  I’ve gone so far as to declare that I would not watch any sad movies for a whole year and you know what, it made a big difference in my life.  Give yourself some positive daily vibrations with inspirational content.

  1. Eat healthy food

Have you ever heard of the mantra, ‘you are what you eat’? This is simple math really. Good healthy food plus sufficient water equals positive vibrations. Your body will thank you. You will have high physical energy and no emotional guilt of slacking on your healthy eating regimen.

How to raise your vibration and make it stick

These are just a few simple tips for how to raise your vibration, but by no means exhaustive and like anything, takes some diligence to make it stick.  A word of caution: First your form the habits, then the habits form you. It is important to practice these daily activities consistently in order to raise your vibration and attract good energy.

Do you ever feel like you are running low on mental or emotional energy?  Are you being pulled down constantly from physical fatigue? If you answered yes to any of these, then you may have low energy vibrations. So the question is: How to raise your vibration?
