Yes, folks, you read that right – there’s a brand new Ruby Tuesday Garden Bar to check out…but only if you’re in Atlanta! Until last night, I hadn’t visited Ruby Tuesday in quite a while…and I definitely couldn’t tell you the last time I ate at the garden bar. Don’t get me wrong, the old one had all of the basics you’d find in a salad bar – lettuce, tomato, cheese, blah blah blah – but it was never anything to write home about and it got boring really easily. Am I right?
Well with this launch of the new Ruby Tuesday Garden Bar, there are lots of not only fun, but FRESH additions that really make it stand out from the crowd!
Here are the top 5 reason’s you’ll want to check out this new and improved Ruby Tuesday Garden Bar:
Huge Selection and Variety
First, they’ve doubled the variety and selection from 34 items to more than 70 fresh ingredients, ranging from fresh greens, raw vegetable toppings, roasted vegetables, marinated vegetables, crispy toppings, as well as hummus, dips and fruits. I’m so super picky about my kale salads, but I highly recommend you try the kale with shredded Asiago cheese and the apple champagne vinaigrette. You won’t be disappointed!
Dressings Made In-House
Ruby Tuesday also introduced a line of 10 new dressings made in house each day in small batches to ensure great taste and high quality. I already mentioned the apple champagne vinaigrette, but there are quite a few other delicious options to choose from.
Kid Friendly Choices
From fresh fruit to pasta salad – there are at least a few selections the kids won’t frown at. Also, don’t forget that kids eat free at the Ruby Tuesday Garden Bar or off the kids menu every Tuesday from 5pm to close!
Unlimited Trips at an Affordable Price
You are free to mix and match to find the salad of your dreams as much as you’d like for only $9.99. Guests can also feel free to add the Ruby Tuesday Garden Bar to an entree for only $3.99.
There’s Room for Dessert
While dessert isn’t exactly a Ruby Tuesday Garden Bar selection, there are some Oh-My-God-Delicious options for dessert. And let’s face it, after my kale salad and fresh greens meal, I felt a whole lot better about my little sugar splurge. These were my favorites:

White Chocolate Cherry Cheesecake

Apple Crumble Flatbread

Ultimate Chocolate Cake
