milk bath recipe with lavender essential oil

I’m a mom who enjoys my “me time” and steals it whenever I can. After a long week of carpooling kids, running errands, “mom-ing” and “wife-ing” it, one of my favorite indulgences is to enjoy a nice long bath with my favorite Pandora station, a good beverage, and that sweet treat I so deserve! What’s my choice for a sweet treat tonight? How about these new Betty Crocker™ Sweet Rewards Chocolate Chip Cookie or Caramel Brownie Bars? Since the last thing I need or want to do is stir up a batch, bake it, wait to cool…you get the picture. Instead, these Betty Crocker Sweet Rewards Bars are delicious, rich, soft baked bars packaged into a convenient single serve bar. Sure, they’re great as an on-the-go treat, but tonight, I’ll be relaxing and indulging right in the comfort of my own bathroom.

This post reminds me that I’ve got to invest a little time in myself today. I’m drained…from, much the same as you, all of the “mom”ing and “wife”ing lol
That lavender bath sounds lovely but I’d swap cornstarch for some sea salts, although the effect may not be the same at all.

I’ve never tried making soap or any kind of bath product before, it sure is interesting and fun. Maybe my girls will have fun doing it with me, that’s really worth a try.
