The Perfect Guide to Finding the Pokemon You Want on Pokemon Go!The perfect guide to finding the pokemon you want in pokemon go

Pokemon Go has been all the rage recently.  Everyone is playing it from kids to teens and even adults! It is all about becoming the Master Trainer and Catching Them All.  What a lot of people don’t know about me is that I am a total gamer and competitor and once I get into a game, I am ALL IN!

So are you having trouble finding the Pokemon you’re looking for? You may not be looking in the right places. Today, I am going to be sharing with you a few tips and tricks I’ve come across that will help you to in find all of the Pokemon that you are on the hunt for easier and you will be able to level up quicker and soon become the Pokemon Trainer!

Looking for Fire Type Pokemon?

Well, it is more common to find fire type Pokemon such as Charmander, Ponyta, or Ninetales, on hot and sunny days. They have commonly been found around gas stations so be sure to check out around your local gas stations.

Dragon Type Pokemon?

Dragon Pokemon such as Dratini or Dragonite are found around very busy places so check out downtown areas and places that there is a lot of traffic.

Looking for Water Type Pokemon?

These type of Pokemon such as Magicarp, Squirtle, or Horsea can be found around bodies of water and especially on rainy days. If you live near a lake or river, check out around those areas and you will find a ton of water-type pokemon.

Bug Type Pokemon?

These bug type coupons such as Caterpie, Weedle, and Venonat can be found typically around nature or grassy areas. I would really recommend checking out your local parks or maybe around any local fields.

On the Hunt for Ground Type Pokemon?

If you’re looking for ground type Pokemon such as Diglett or Geodude check out areas like open fields or plains. You’re more likely to find these around dirt-filled areas.

Electric Type Pokemon?

These have actually been commonly found around big college campuses or busy commercial-type areas. Check out around your local shopping centers or malls. You’ll find Pokemon like Pikachu or Magnemite around these places.

Looking for Rock Type Pokemon?

Check out rocky areas or large parking lots! Pokemon such as Onix or Graveler commonly show up along hiking trails or even parking garages.

Psychic Pokemon?

Psychic Pokemon such as Drowzy or Abra are more commonly found at night and often in your basic neighborhood and residential areas.

Fighting Type Pokemon?

These include Mankey and Hitmonlee and these type of fighting Pokemon are typically found around fitness centers, gyms, or stadiums!

Ghost Type Pokemon?

These include Gastly, Haunter, and Ganghar and ghost type Pokemon are more commonly found during night time hours and in your residential areas, but just make sure you looking at night!

Poison Type Pokemon?

Poisonous Pokemon such as Oddish, Bulbasaur, and Gastly can be found in very industrial types of areas. Places that have a lot of large buildings have also been reported to have a lot of the poison type of Pokemon.

Looking for Normal Type Pokemon?

Normal Pokemon include Pidgey, Rattata, and Spearow and these type of Pokemon can typically be found pretty much anywhere. These are pretty common types of Pokemon and they have been reported to be found in various places.

On the Hunt for Fairy Type Pokemon?

Fairy Pokemon include Jigglypuff and Clefairy and these type of Pokemon can typically be around churches and cemeteries. Also check out primary landmarks around your town.

Looking for Ice Type Pokemon?

Ice Type Pokemon, like Jinx, can be found around bodies of water and also in grassy areas. Check out your local pools, the beach, or even fields as well for the ice type Pokemon!

These are the places that have commonly been reported as finding each of the different types of Pokemon! If you’ve been having trouble finding certain Pokemon, maybe you’re just looking in the wrong place.

    Having never played this game, I had no idea there were so many Pokeman’s to catch. It’s kind of amazing to think people are playing this game all around the world.

    I don’t really play the game but this guide is going to make a lot of people happy, that’s for sure. It’s been making waves and there’s no doubt that the game will be around for a long time! Happy hunting, you guys!

    This is great! I started off playing Pokemon Go a lot, but now it’s slowed down for me. I don’t play as much as I use to. If I’m out and about I’ll take out my phone and play.

    We have been playing Pokemon Go some. I ran out of the Pokémon balls. I refuse to pay for them. I need to visit a few Pokémon stops for a refill.
