Last month, I worked on a post about building healthy habits on behalf of NatureMade Vitamins and was asked to try out some of their vitamin selections. I’m pretty consistent with taking a daily multi-vitamin, but I felt a little lost at that point asking myself, What vitamins should I take? I mean, there were tons of vitamins I’ve heard of – each of which seemed pretty important, but had very little idea about what each vitamin was really used for and was desperately in need of some sort of vitamin guide.
